Sometimes upgrading older hardware and software is not an option, it is in the best interest of the company to continue working with the given tools, so when hardware and software begins to act flakey it can become a headache to deal with.

Our Technicians

Our technicians know how much of a headache even a minor computer failure can cause and fully understand the need to fix the problem and not cover up the symptoms. It's common for many technicians to identify the symptoms of hardware or software failure but not the cause, and by incorrectly treating the symptoms the company is still left with a "sick" machine. GCS Technicians receive training in not only learning to identify the symptoms of hardware and software, but the many causes of those symptoms so that it can be properly treated and fixed instead of "patches" that just simply circumvent the issue but do not resolve any problems.
